Ticket Terms and Conditions

• Cappagh Gaelic Football and Camogie Club Joint Fundraising Committee, Newtown, Enfield, Co. Kildare will be referred to as Sportspersonsdream.

• Sportspersonsdream’s decision in relation to selection of prize winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or results of the competition the decision of Sportspersonsdream is final.

• The competition is not open to members of the Sportspersonsdream committee running the competition, or associated companies including (but not limited to) the promotional partner (s).

• Competition entrants must be over 18 years of age in order to enter the competition. Sportspersonsdream reserves the right to request written proof of age of any competition winner. 

• Winners will be chosen by an independent body.

• A cash alternative may be offered in lieu of each stated prize.

• Winners may opt only for all cash or all tickets.

• Sportspersonsdream will endeavour to make arrangements with the prize winner to deliver the ticket for all events as promptly as possible in advance of each event.

• Unless otherwise stated, all taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize, and incidental costs relating to accepting and attending the events are the sole responsibility of any winner.

• Where a prize is to be provided by a third party, Sportspersonsdream accept no responsibility whatsoever for the supply, non- supply or delay in the supply of the prize, including without limitation, the failure of the winner to receive ownership of or to use the prize. Where appropriate, prize winners are required to complete all applicable booking and/or other formalities directly with the specified third party provider (s). Sportspersonsdream accepts no responsibility for the failure of an event due to circumstances beyond our/third party provider(s) control. Sportspersonsdream will strive to provide a substitute prize of equal value to the event where possible. Sportspersonsdream cannot accept responsibility if any alternative arrangements do not meet a prize winner’s expectations.

• Sportspersonsdream reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes are subject to availability.

• Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winners’ name, hometown and likeness for the purpose of advertising, promotion, publicity in any reasonable media publication without additional compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as Sportspersonsdream may reasonably require.

• Sportspersonsdream does not accept responsibility for equipment failures, power or network outages, and premature termination of a purchase of a ticket through sportspersonsdream.com.

• All competition entries must be received from partner clubs through the approved entry format. Neither Sportspersonsdream nor any partner clubs are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to Sportspersonsdream competition. Neither are they responsible for fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction.

• Sportspersonsdream reserves the right to cancel the draw at any time and refund all ticket sales.

• Neither Sportspersonsdream nor any partner club accepts responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of accepting any Sportspersonsdream prize.

• If any prize is not claimed within a specified time limit of 30 days it will be deemed to have been forfeited and Sportspersonsdream may dispose of a prize without any liability.

• Winners will be contacted as soon as possible after each draw, notification may be made by email, telephone, post or any other appropriate means of communication. If a winner fails to make contact within the following 30 days, the winner will forfeit their claim to the prize and another winner will be chosen. Sportspersonsdream will endeavour to contact the winners within the allotted time frame but shall not be held responsible if the winner cannot be contacted. The winner will be required to produce evidence of identity and maybe age, where appropriate.

• Sportspersonsdream will not be liable for any expenses incurred by winners in connection with the prize.

• Any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be disqualified automatically.

• A purchase of a ticket entitles the buyer entry to all three draws. If you are chosen as a winner in one draw you are automatically included in the other draws. All tickets sold including those sold by partner clubs will be entered in the main draw and will be coordinated by the Sportspersonsdream committee.

• All draws will take place during November 2012. An independent adjudicator will be present at all draws. Winners will be notified on or after November 24th, 2012.

• Online sales will close on the 9th November 2012 and all hard copies of tickets sold must be received by Sportspersonsdream no later than 20th October 2012.

• Sportspersonsdream reserves the right to change the above draw dates, notification of any change will be communicated through sportspersonsdream.com and partner clubs.

• All personal information received from tickets will be used to fulfil delivery of the prize and update entrants regarding future competitions in accordance with the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003. Applicants can opt out of future communication by inserting a tick in the box on the ticket stub.

Draw Terms and Conditions

• Licence granted by Kilcock District Court on 1st May 2012.

• The promoters of the draw are Cappagh GAA and Camogie Clubs Trading as Sportspersonsdream with offices at Newtown, Enfield, Co.Kildare.

• Terms and conditions apply. These are available from ticket sellers or can be downloaded from www.sportspersonsdream.com

• Grand Slam Draw - Prize value €18,765. Platinum Draw - Prize value €8,965. Gold Draw - Prize value €4,588. Enhancements will be added later including partner club bonus prizes - estimated value €12,000.

• Sports car is as supplied by Joe Mallon Motors Limited - alternative cars will not be available.

• Cash alternative is all ticket OR all cash.

• Object of Draw / Beneficiary - the object of the draw is to raise funds for developments at Cappagh GAA & Camogie Clubs and their partner clubs in these draws.

• Draws take place during November 2012, winners will be announced and notified on November 24th 2012.

• Unless otherwise stated all prize tickets are for Republic of Ireland events only.
